By accessing the Juanderous website, purchasing products, booking services, or using any services provided by Juanderous, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and Juanderous while ensuring a respectful, professional, and supportive experience.
1. Services
Juanderous provides Holistic Counselling, Tarot, Oracle, Charm, Pendulum, and Numerology services, together with the sale of tarot decks, guidebooks, accessories, and other spiritual products through the Juanderous online store.
All services and products are intended to support personal growth, guidance, education, and self-discovery.
2. Disclaimer
Psychic and spiritual services, including Tarot, Oracle, Charm, Pendulum, and Numerology, are provided for guidance, personal insight, and self-reflection only.
These services are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Holistic Counselling is provided as a supportive therapeutic service but does not replace treatment provided by qualified medical or mental health professionals.
While every effort is made to provide thoughtful and meaningful guidance, no specific outcome, prediction, or result can be guaranteed.
Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing following any session, report, or consultation.
3. Confidentiality
All counselling sessions, readings, reports, and personal information are treated with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with the Juanderous Privacy Policy.
Information will only be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person.
4. Eligibility
Services are intended for clients aged 18 years and over.
Clients under 18 years of age may only receive services with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Sessions will not proceed if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
5. Bookings and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Orders placed through the Juanderous online store must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Juanderous does not store your complete credit or debit card details.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being forfeited.
If Juanderous needs to cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Refunds are not available for personalised reports or digital products once work has commenced or the product has been delivered, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Online and In-Person Sessions
Online appointments are conducted via Zoom, telephone, WhatsApp, or another mutually agreed live communication platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate internet or telephone connection.
For in-person appointments, clients are asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce the available consultation time without extending the appointment or reducing the fee.
8. Reports and Intellectual Property
Personalised reports, tarot interpretations, numerology reports, guidebooks, educational material, and all other written content supplied by Juanderous are provided for the client’s personal use only.
All website content, artwork, logos, photographs, illustrations, the Kritters of the Cosmos Tarot Deck, guidebooks, downloadable resources, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Juanderous unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Juanderous.
9. Product Orders and Shipping
Juanderous ships throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an order is returned to Juanderous due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import charges for which the customer is responsible, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or other government-imposed fees applicable in the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges may either be payable by the customer or prepaid by Juanderous and included in the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they understand any import requirements applicable in their country before placing an order.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. However, the risk of loss or damage during transit will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable carrier policies.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Juanderous within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juanderous and Juanita Serrano are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of services, products, reports, or information provided.
Clients acknowledge that all decisions made following a session or report remain their own responsibility.
12. Respectful Conduct
Juanderous is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards the practitioner will not be tolerated.
Juanderous reserves the right to refuse or terminate services without refund where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Juanderous services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
